This years charity is the Scholarship fund for the Stephens County Parks and Rec. This is a fund that is for boys and girls who may not have the finances to participate in the recreation programs offered at the park. Our donations will allow some of these kids to play. The parks and rec. have done alot to promote disc golf here in Toccoa and as you know ,they keep our course looking great. Here's a chance for us to show our appreciation for all they have done. The divisions offered will be Pro- Adv- Int- Womens and Jrs. Registration will be from 8-9am. day of event. If you would like to pre-register, make check payable and send to:
John Nisewonder
POB 801049
Toccoa Falls, GA 30598
The entry fee is $20. The first 50 to sign up will receive an Ice Bowl mini.
The format depends on turnout. There will be mulligans for sale at a dollar each and you can use 1 per hole. Trophies will be awarded to all 1st. place finishers. The date for this event is Saturday, January 26.
I hope this answers all questions that may be out there. Thanks again for your support Metro Atlanta. - John

one question.... can we use the mulligan other than a drive situation? Ie: 2 putts/approaches? or is the mulligan for drives only?

Once again Wendy's will be providing chili for lunch to each player and Little Caesars will be donating some pizza. I am also working with KFC and Subway. There is no cost for lunch. See you on the 26th.

We have about 40 registered. The format will be determined day of event.
I would like to do a doubles the first round and singles the second, but if we get 70+ players it would be hard to do a doubles considering the amount of daylight. Before we started getting 100+ players we did a seeded draw the first round with your score following you to your division .
The second round was then singles. I wish I could say that this is what we are doing, but it will depend on the numbers.See you Saturday.
