Champion Destroyers

Postby ChattanoogaScott » Thu Sep 27, 2007 8:00 pm

Special Fund Raiser Disc

We have a limited number of Champion Destroyers, (with the Gnome Logo) that's right the same disc type have been selling on ebay for $100.+

Ebay listing:
http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=disc+golf+destroyer+champion&category0=

We will be selling them while they last to first cash! You can pick yours up from me or the Grapevine as soon as we get them in about 3-4 weeks.

You can pay now if you like to make sure you get one or wait till they come in. They will be $25. and all funds will go straight into the Belch'n Turkey payout! Or you can buy one @ http://www.titledisc.com when you register for the Belch'n Turkey choose "The $25. Sponsor Disc" option and in comments to the TD add "Champion Destroyer"...

These will not last long and Please don't sell these things on Ebay for a scalper's profit... Let's keep them in the hands of Disc Golfers who love the game and a great tournament...TY

Last year we had 149 players at the Belch'n Turkey IV and 167 at the Grapevine Classic so you can bet that these "One of a kind only 50 made Champion Destroyers" will not last for long!

MMMMmmmmmm Moonpies and Yard Pimps BBQ...It's worth the drive to eat the food let alone play two awesome courses. All of this and it is only 90 minutes North of Atlanta.. 8)

It was posted today that there are only are only 11 of the CFR Destroyers left and their fundraisers have always had some kick-butt artwork on them.

I believe there are at the Sinks, but not sure about the Dam course. Both courses are really fun and challenging.

I hope the Dam Course has a Dam layout that I could see. Maybe there will be a Dam local in my group to guide the way.

God bless you National Lampoon.

Dam Info

Postby Vern » Wed Nov 21, 2007 5:25 pm

Last Day for online entry - get in electronically where you electronically fit in. :D

DAM Course has a couple of variations for the Intermediates (Baggers - Chris & Andrew). It is very much like Lenora only with a lot more scenery so you really don't need a guide. The are couple of holes where the sidewalks don't play OB so make sure you read your program, or if available, the tee sign will have that info. Hopefully they will have all of the OB lines set up which makes a few of the holes Dam interesting in the Dam wind and please keep in mind that both of you could move up and play Advanced so I wouldn't have to call you baggers.

Basically you will play two courses that are totally opposite...Kind of like ERP & Lenora.

Free Moonpies + Yard Pimps BBQ + Disc Golf = :D :D :D

Good shooting ATL.
Did the intermediates play from the same pads?
The scores in that division look very good.
