Work day #1 Saturday December 4

Postby luke » Sat Nov 27, 2010 10:30 pm

Next Saturday, the local boy scout troop will be cutting and clearing logs off the fairway of future #7. I won't be able to make it, so if any golfers were to make it out there and give them guidance, that would be great. I told them today where to stack, but having a golfer present would be a big bonus. Work will start around 11 am behind current #6.

Let me know if you think you might make it down. I'd greatly appreciate an experienced appearance.

Without my help or anyone else's, the boy scout troop has cleaned up all down logs on the fairways of new 6 and 7. There's still a little work to be done, but at least one of them is currently playable. One plays along the creek, the same one that runs behind #5. The other runs up the hill toward current #6. THey will be a good addition to that part of the course.
