Putting Games

Postby BP » Tue Aug 03, 2010 12:27 pm

I have a private school buying 6 baskets for 3rd thru 5th graders and they are looking for as many different putting type games.

Anyone have any links to a variety of games?

Thanks! Bob

Try "Perfect Putt 360". www.wilkesdiscgolf.org/Perfect_Putt_360.pdf

I sent the score card in a PDF format to your Disc Caddy email so you don't have to go through the website.

Around Nine: http://www.discgolfassoc.com/downloads/ ... e-game.pdf
I've used the cheapest concrete paver bricks from Home Depot with station numbers written on them in chalk as station markers for this. For youth groups, I like that you can readily adjust the distances for younger players.

DGA also has info on a couple of other games (including Ring of Fire) on their site: http://www.discgolfassoc.com/equipment/ ... skets.html

May be too elaborate for an elementary/middle school group, but could be adapted.

Thanks guys!

I will print all and pass along. I think the basic games will work best to begin with since none of these kids will have ever thrown a discs. They can then move into some of the other activities.
