Awesome - Willicello cashed...Too bad I left early to head for the lake and Carl was up in the parking lot changing in to something more comfortable.

It's tough being a Barney - DOH!

Intermediate and Advanced scores seem a bit funky. I hope that next time the players will migrate towards the same pool of action.
It's dubs!!

My thoughts on the topic:

Should be 2 divisions (Pro & Am) , if ladies want to form a team, they could get (x) amount of strokes and play in the Am pool. If ladies are enough to form at least two teams, then they'd get thier own pool.

The intermediate pool would have cashed in Pro (seems they know what pool to play in next time  ).... they would have wiped out the Am's pool and if Am & Int would have combined pools, their money pot would have been a lot bigger.

I think having too many pools waters down the money spread... so to speak. Even though the dubs are BYOP, the field was pretty much level if we would have had two pools

Team Willicello played from the short INT tee pads..... :D

You are probably right about the action. 2 pools is probably enough, at least for the amount of folks that showed up Saturday.

Vern, maybe I got it wrong on payout. Can't remember and don't have stats in front of me, but it might be that you didn't cash...I say that cause I remember us deciding on top 1/2 of the field. If Brian Lang reads this, I'm sure he'll correct. He did the majority of the payout.

I didn't think we did and I was going by your post. I was fading in the heat by that time and heard my cooler of ice cold yuengling's telling me to get to the dock so I listened to the magical cans of refreshment and took off. Ice cold beer and a plunge in the lake was the best prize of the day anyway - it only got better when CHOP's feast hit the table.

I am pretty sure Brian said just 1st & 2nd were being vouchered and his partner Barry cheated by playing demonic AC/DC music. We were hanging with them when he was playing mellow tunes but once satan's music started they pulled away from us.

And living in a bed of luxurious belly lint. Why would that pesky chigger ever want to leave?

2nd that...great work Luke, Jason, Wade, and the other volunteers.

Only complaint were the vicious chiggers that kept kicking Ed & my disc's out of the basket.

Everyone seemed to get chigger bites. I guess I was the fortunate one to get all the tick bites. Counted seven when all was said and done. Now on doxycycline as a preventative measure for the next several days. :(

for tickish courses, try permanone or any bug spray you put on your clothes and let dry----I use it, and I'm out there quite a bit and get very few tick bites. Also, use a strong dandruff shampoo all over---The ones that are harder to find can't stand it and die. I don't leave the course without getting a shower (when I get home).
