Women needed for there to be an FPO division in the AO

Postby Randgolf » Wed Mar 31, 2010 11:00 am

Please help me network to find a woman and or several to compete in the Female Pro Open division. Current World Champion Valarie Jenkins and Current US Womens Champion Sarah Stanhope are signed up to play, but we need one more in order to have a division. The PDGA guidelines indicate that three or more make a division. Please help us find some ladies that might be willing to help out and learn a lot from two of the best female disc golfers on the globe. Financial assistance may be in place. Contact as many women disc golfers that you know.

Have you tried Alabama? There are a lot more over there than we have here.

By the way, if there's an interested woman you know of who's holding back from entering, find out why and let Rand know. Whatever the obstacle -- financial, child care, transportation, lodging, logistics, whatever -- let's figure it out and see if there's some way it can be removed.

Has anyone tried to get Sweeney in town for a visit? That may be an option....

With Sweeney, I guess a penis is the only obstacle and as Scott says, that can be removed... Might not be enough time for the estrogen pills to take, but I am not really sure they are necessary...
