They simply ruined the A position at 17. The only way to fix it is to replant trees. The rest of the stuff they did will grow back. But 17 really bothers me. I think they should replace they trees they cut down, not just let the stumps regrow (if they even will). If GCPR does not replace them, then the GDGO should, IMO... or we could ask for donations to replace the lost trees.
For those that do not know... the trees right of 17A that blocked access from 16's fairway were removed. This effectively removes the penalty for going long & right, making the hole much easier to play.
