NEW HOLE DISTANCES FOR MONTY DUBS VI--JAN 30

Postby luke » Sun Jan 10, 2010 6:05 pm

note: If you come to play the Monty before the tournament, these distances will not be completely correct. Currently, 13 is the short woodpile hole. We've combined a short teepad on that hole with the next basket for the tournament; however, for now, the basket remains next to the woodpile, making the hole very short and pretty easy. Also, the current layout does not include the Trailer Trash hole. It is #15 below.
The layout for Monty Dubs VI
1 295'
2. 306'
3. 241’ NEW PAD LOCATION
4. 201'
5. 271’ OB in the creek or beyond ob line NEW HOLE
6. 270’ NEW PAD LOCATION
7. 376’ NEW PAD LOCATION
8. 465’
9. 270’
Front 9--- 2695
10. 290'
11.243'
12. 213
13. 436 OLD 13/14 COMBINED
14. 337' BRIARS LONG and LEFT, BRIARS SHORT and RIGHT WADE SELPH LONG TEE
15. 186' ROAD BEHIND BASKET OB
16. 280' ROAD ON RIGHT OF BASKET OB
17. 383' ROAD ON RIGHT Is OB
18. 439' FENCE LINE ON RIGHT OB

Sounds lame! Nothing over 450'? What a joke! Go back to Pennsylvania slobber face!

I must say, I am very impressed. Master Luke has really taken this project and taken it to new levels!

I had hoped to make it and would be requesting a volunteer partner. Alas, I have been volunteered with my new job here in North Carolina to sit and welcome visitors. And just guess which ONE day that is, lol.

I am planning a trip to Monticello this weekend, and hope to witness the "new and improved" . . . Please do come and enjoy the course during the tournament, Luke has been doing a masterful job :)
You hear that, Mr. Anderson? That is the sound of inevitability. That is the sound of your death.

Mr. A, you will really like what Luke has done with the place. I think he is keeping true to your initial vision of the course. I really like the new number 3, 4, 5, 6 combo and there is actually some elevation change in there.
