PDGA Disciplinary Actions

Does anyone know what "Outstanding fees" mean? PDGA membership or are they Tourney related?

Those fees are related to trolls who live under bridges and demand to be paid before crossing. I don't agree you should have to pay them but unfortunately that's just the way it is.

Maybe signing up for tournaments under the assumption that "said person" sent in membership fees, but really didn't. ??

Or maybe the "said person" made everyone stand outside of the awards ceremony, and didn't charge a fee?? ("outstanding fees" not applied) ((Probably not this one))

I'm guessing those are TD's who haven't paid PDGA fees for their tournaments. You usually get
30 days to submit you TD report and all the associated money.
Fart, it's never not funny!

Who is John Harrison? I have never heard of him.

Runs some of the action at Claystone in Macon. He is planning on coming to the Cold Snake so you can meet him there.

Does anyone know the story about what Nikko Locastro specifically did to get hit with 6 months probation for unsportsmanlike behavior?

I googled it but could no find the answer. Although, I did find comments from the last 3 years with people saying his sportsmanship is a little lacking.
