ONLY ONE BLUE! NOOOOOOOO! Historical reference pertaining to Lost in the Woods would provide one round from the blue and one from the blue(for ams). We are leaving out the historical pads yo. It looks to me that you have some bias towards the best sport on the earth. It looks to me that you expect the awards ceremony to start before 5 to get home for the last half of the falcons game(playing reds will NOT accomplish this as I have never been in awards before five for any tourny). Am I correct? Leave the reds alone for juniors, girls, stupidclass, and the next tee-pad fundraiser. Blue and Black would be better. Thanks for stepping up again to run another Discaddie event.

I am not going to play in this event, but I thought I would complain about something, since it seems like thats what most posts are for.

ERP- You have too many trees
Bradshaw- Reds and Ring of Fire are stupid unless its cinci and johny cash
Gomez- He can't cook!?! I still want my free meal for winning Cold Snake!
Kade- Throw with your RIGHT hand, read your post and change one blue to black (first sentence) so it makes sense.
NFL- 80% overrated criminals, College ball is on Saturday and thats why we should have more Sunday tourneys
whoever reads this thread next- relax its all a joke! except for the tree part, and the NFL, and...nevermind

Nick and I are going to sign up (one Junior, one Intermediate?), but first we're going to become official PDGA members. I've been in touch with one of the PDGA officials and he recommended holding off on enrolling until after Sept 1 so that we don't have to renew again in Jan 2010.

Unless there's a chance that the registration will fill up before Sept 1st. If that's the case, then I might bite the bullet and shell out the non-PDGA fee just to make sure that we're going to play.

Thanks,
Alan

You can sign up for the tournament without being a PDGA member. Send Bradshaw a check for the entry, less the extra fee. When you do join the PDGA just give Bradshaw your information and he can plug it into the computer.

Hopefully never 8) Some people like Super Class - some people don't. I think all frisbee golf is good frisbee golf but I appreciate anybody's point of view.

I also think everyone will luv Gomez's lunch as I am sure it will be Super Class. Jason is pretty darn Super Class too. Thanks in advance for running the tourney Jason.

We will be prepping the course for tourney play Saturday morning starting at 8:00. If you can make it out with a rake or shovel, ... then you are cool.

- Limb, trash, debris clean-up
- Rake and Tamp tee-s
- Clean off tee timbers, ready for paint

Rain or Shine

Thank you.

Basket was supposed to be received today and will be installed on Saturday during the workday, so it should be in place for the tourney. If for any reason it's not, there will be a quality temp basket in place.

Here's a question: we've got two young'uns signed up, ages 11 and 10. Will they be playing the course solo, or will they have an adult to supervise? Not overly concerned about safety or anything -- more so that they've got someone along to help out with rules and moving the play along.

Had a good work day today. Thanks to all those who gave their time. You know who you are.

Installed a brand new basket on 18.
Removed the down tree on 18.
Leveled all tee pads.
Spray painted all of the tee boxes.
Cleaned off the concrete pads.
Cleaned the fairways.
Spray painted around 12's imag. lake.
...and a whole lot more.

course is lookin nice. See you guys tomorrow.

BTW, I posted about this in the basket thread in the ERP section, but wanted to mention again: cash contributions to the basket replacement effort from players yesterday brought in over $100, and Emma Dickerson and her mom Jeanette's brownies and other treats added another $16 or so, putting us over the top on paying for the new basket with a total of $120! Many thanks to everyone who contributed!

Here, distance is not really a factor; it all comes down to accuracy, putts, and a knowing when to do what.

Damn. I saw it there at the very end of the day when I was headed back out to pick up the "course closed" signs and meant to pick it up, but I got distracted by a guy who was reading the kiosk and who asked me a lot of questions about disc golf. When I got through with him, I was in a bit of rush and it slipped my mind. I'll e-mail our park contact and see if anyone turned it in to the rec center.
