BEST SCORES?

Postby Redan Randy » Sun Aug 02, 2009 12:09 pm

What are some good scores coming out of Alexander? I played with Carl, Steve and Clunck yesterday and Clunck played out of his mind good! He birdied 5 in a row on the front and got 3's on 17 and 18! I think he only had 4's on hole 3 and another on the back that he turned a birdie into a bogey. He ended up shooting a 48!

Played it the first and only time with Brim 2 weeks after it opened; shot 46 with a bogey. Saw Cliff out there too. :D

45 is my best. cant seem to get that 44. I'm sure someone will go low when the pins are set up short.

I went out to The Alex yesterday. I shot one of the better rounds I've ever played. I shot a bogey free 44 from all long tee's. I'm not sure what the course Par is for the layout I played yesterday, but I felt good about it. I aced #2 with a Champion Firechicken. It was witnessed by Chris and Hannah, a couple that was playing there last round at Alexander before moving to Texas. I also hit basket on 4 and 5 back to back. So 1 ace and 2 near aces.

2 1 2 2 2 3 3 2 3=20 Front
3 3 2 3 2 2 3 2 3=24 Back

Does anybody know the distance for Hole #2? I didn't think to look at the sign. I had to run down and get my disc signed for validation.

thats a hellavu start. the par right now is 55. the sign may call 16 a par 4 but its way to short. Par should be 57 in the tourny

Yeah, 16 is no where close to a Par 4. I actually had a putt on that one from about 40' and missed it. The only hole I assumed was a Par 4 is 18. Fun round none the less. I think I would have quit if I would have aced 4 or 5. Two aces in one round is unfathomable in my mind.

Great round and ace Jay!

Chris was telling us all about the ace this morning. As for the distance, the A position is 334' and the B position is 326'.

Hope to catch you out there soon.

47. 42 is redic! I want to play with Dollar and Vach and learn a thing or two. Have not been lucky enough to be paired with them in Sat doubles.
Bubba can make it.

I just shot a 44 today with 3 long, 16 long, 17 short. Shot 23 on the front, and 21 on the back. Best round of my life!

Cody Brittain tied the 42 last Tuesday. Not sure where the pins were.
