Disc Golf Collapsible Chairs

Postby ksand » Tue Jun 30, 2009 8:44 pm

Hello all,

At the Alexander tournament this weekend I saw a lot of players with triangular collapsible chairs and I was just wondering where I could order one of these.

Thanks.

REI sells them. Expect to pay ~$20-25.

I remember buying mine at a Wal-Mart near Lake Russell years ago for $3. Cheap, but still fully functional. Try looking in the hunting/sporting section.

my kids got me mine for Father's Day from DIck's. 25-30.00, I think. They could not find one from Walmart, they said. Also look in the Delta SKy Mall magazine. It has one that has an extended handle so it can work like a cane.

Best disc golf chair IMHO.....yes, you pay a bit more but they last for a long time and the specs (ie- taller, has a back rest for those long waits on the tee pad) are better.....

Thanks for the plug Jay, but I don't have any at this time. Wes Campbell (not phillips)
has them and can be found at Wills on Wednesday and Central on Sunday.

This is the best DG chair on the market, no question. Light weight, & easy to carry. The backrest is what makes this chair great. I got mine online from REI for $35, IIRC, and shipping was free... but that was a couple of years ago.
