You can only put 10 options in a poll question - you are welcome to start anther one with your 10 choices.

I understand that Josh. I just don't see what is trying to be accomplished with the above 4 choices (of which a few are on the poll already). Work together on a commen ground, (yes I know, if you can find the common ground)........

What is trying to be accomplished here? ....Just asking.

this one includes Perkerson, which KJ's does not and so the point is to say that the course people want is Perk, not one of the 10 KJ listed

ALSO, scott is asking only those who plan to attend to vote and not skew the vote to what course random ams may think is best?

Thanks Chris.

Setting up a pole on this site and thinking that it won't be skewed is about as accurate as the poll......

If you guys want better results I recommend surfing on line for sites like votenow.com, etc......

I hope this all works out for the best!

Keith's poll was the primary and this is the real deal. Perkerson made it on a write-in and the other three were the most popular so far.

Does the venue really make a difference? I think the main point was the date, then
everyone bitched about the course it was being held on. This doesn't seem
to be about qualifying for the USDGC anymore. It's more about having the
qualifier at your favorite course. Most of the people whining don't have a chance
to qualify anyway. I guess that's okay as long as the whiners play and donate their
shims to the actual winner. This is really lame.
Fart, it's never not funny!

I agree. I don't really care where or when it is I will most likely end up playing (and graciously donating). It just seemed like too much fun to not jump on this bandwagon!

Maybe you should poll all of the players in GA and just not in the ATL Area. Afterall it is the "State Rep" to the USDGC

subtract one vote for Perk. I don't plan on playing or attending. I just like the course.
I find it interesting and humerous that it is the few that do the work for many and then get bitched at for doing something. Who says you have to make everyone happy? Sometimes things just don't work out, you know. There's always next year. (Wait till you get married and have kids. Your perspective will change quickly. )
Or better yet, you get elected and do the job. I know that once elected, you will have a different view of things. I only know Kieth through these posts and maybe one introduction, but I see him committing a lot of time to coordinating and furthering disc golf in the area. I don't know if he has a real job, but he sure seems to put the time in for the club.
Until you step up, just because you may be a great disc golfer, doesn't mean your s___t stinks any different.
I have read these posts long enough now to see that there are those that "do" and if they can't "do", they come back with a sarcastic quip. Let'm rip.

If you actually looked on the Savannah and Athens Websites instead of just ASSuming I didn't you would see the link for the poll in my posts on their websites.

Those are the only 2 ACTIVE websites I'm aware of in the state - If anyone knows of any others please let me know and I'll post the link there also.

Thanks,

Good Job Keith. Your foresight to involve the entire state is commendable.

Augusta disc golf association and toccoa disc golf.com also have operating sites. Thanks for your help Keith. I see you are already up on the Augusta site, so could you add Toccoa to your list. Thanks again. - John

USDGC info is posted at Athens, Savannah, Toccoa, Middle GA, and PDGA and ADGO websites.

South GA site has no posts since Jan, so I don't consider that active.

If anyone knows any other ACTIVE GA sites that aren't mentioned, please let me know.
