Chuck Smith @ 706.255,8178
Raye Baldwin @ 706.652.3915
Owner of the Oak Grove Studios.

Let us know if you would like to try it out, this will probably happen every sunday all the way up to tournament time.

What Some have said about the course.
Turbo putt Kyle old wills dog, " the course is sick" and very challenging.
Kelly Richardson PDGA #30336 "awesome, this is disc golf freedom."

This course is free to play right now!, it may not be in the future.
the course offers a superb mix of holes. it will challenge all of your skill.
a good bit of water hazard from the river and the pond, the course also has marked OB line on both sides of the property, and the very back of the property has the Oconee river as OB.

Short hole description.
Hole 1, 287ft with marked ob line on left hand side, very tight with 2 alleys to get to the pin, one left side alley throws over the ob line for 200 ft back into the fairway. High risk high reward.

Hole 2, 240 with marked ob line on left hand side very technical downhill anhyzer.

Hole 3, 255 slight uphill hyzer tight 20ft cap to hit your mark.

Hole 4, 275 hard right turn uphill woods on the inside line open on the outside.

Hole 5, 489 big hyzer bomb

8 of the last 13 are over 300 ft, 3 very tight holes that play by the river. 3 that shot across the pond.

alcohol is allowed on the course.

Actually you can't write- Alcohol is not allowed at the park never- means everybody who shows up at the park is never allowed to not have alcohol. It is a classic double negative! Which, for people who didn't pay attention in 4th grade, makes your statement positive.

Facts are that I have gave more to the players for less.

Some help for those of you having trouble comprehending the 'GA public school' version of these thoughts of wisdom:
Mr-Disc wrote:Once again(Usually, a comma is inserted here.) a few bad(Probably 'no-good', as opposed to bad a-s-s.) members of the ADGO come in on our(Not sure if this refers to ADGO or PDGL.) tournament thread and start some BS. (Brown sausage!!!)

Why are you hating on a Man(Capitalized=God-like?) that has devoted his own time and money to grow(I'd like to see those seeds!) the sport of disc golf in north east (That would be the northern part of eastern, not northeast.)Georgia. (Why use a question mark when a period will suffice?)

How many events have you attended that you get 100% just in your players package? (Perhaps the reference is to 100% justice; hard to tell.)

Please(Again, usually a comma is inserted here.) some one(One what? Who knows?) tell me where I have ever ripped any one(One what? Who knows?) off or done them wrong in this sport disc golf.(Please submit your response in excel format.)
Facts are that I have gave more to the players for less.(Whew! Your guess is as good as mine.)
who else out there sales(Sales, sails, sells; Who cares anyway?) new star disc for $10(Why waste capital letters if you're already economizing on question marks?)

I have only tried to help and offer my services to the disc golf community.

Make fun of me If (Using those saved up capitals!!)it makes you fill better(How much will a better hold?) about your self.(Bonus on extra spaces this month, I guess.)

Alright Chuck,

I don't usually jump in on your drama posts, but It seemed like you were insisting that you run better tournaments, provide better payouts, or better overall tournament value than KJ or any of us.
If that was the case, your tournaments would be selling out. ...like Keith's.

Having a high payout and giving away a nice players pack for a modest entry fee is not rocket science. Either the math works or it doesn't.

Income - Expenses = Profit. You're not pioneering anything here.

Just run your event and have a good time.

P.S. - I love the Woody picture!

Keith's tourney's sell out up to 6 months in advance.
The IGA League begs for participants until the very last minute.

Lesson learned here: Quality is often better than quantity.

Chuck could probably make more money if he takes Woddy's picture and sells it on an Inncolor Disc. Especially if Woddy signs them.

Hmmm - explains the free camping at the tourney and why males are paid $30 and the ladies only $20. No wonder they are having adult and family campsites
The Hula Hoop became so ubiquitous that the former Soviet Union banned the toy as a symbol of the "emptiness of American culture."

Are there still discs available? If I didn't plan on competing or even going to the event, how can I buy the 3 discs with the cool artwork?

Is that breaded and deep fried or more of a back hair tempura. I think Moose can make a great sauce to go with that.

Breaded back hair should be served with a fondue of fromunda cheese and a dry white wine. Dingleberries and toenail trimmings make an excellent and edible garnish!
