They need another way to meet quota! Can't use there radar guns anymore, so pond citations and seatbelt tickets it is!

I wish we could get that kind of reinforcement at White Oak. Just like you guys, except probably to a much higher degree, we have people swimming in the lake and retrieving discs but not returning them.
