sounds delightful. Any courses in Atlanta that these would compare to? Civitan Park seems pretty long according to the brief PDGA description.

Why a one day B tier? Why not 4 rounds at George Ward? I never played the tax tourney back in the day but I wish I would have now. I never dreamed that there would never be just a normal 4 round 18 hole tournament there again.
I've got more game than a busted Atari.

Civitan is not that long....there are about three to four holes that are tough & long which_can_eat up all those birdies you just got!

There will be several "new" shorter pin placements introduced for this event, so it will be a good introduction to the "nicer side" of Civtan Park.

We will have a two-day 4 round event at GW in the future, it will be called the Golden George.

There are LOTS of casual, non-tournament players that play GW since it IS the only course in Birmingham city limits.
Imagine Roswell as the ONLY course in the ATL and trying to run a tournament with all of the barneys in the ATL there.
