Yesterday the county's crew broke ground for the teepad installation. All 18 tees should be complete by the end of next week.

Check. That's what the schedule was supposed to be when the weather report said 20% chance. Now it says 100% heavy all day. That might delay things. I'm gonna head over there and see whats up.

They are poured and being tended to as they set up. Crews are keeping pine straw and debris clear and they will be brushed finishing them soon. They say the rain, so long as it holds out till tonight like the weather report says, should not be a factor for this set. It will delay further pouring until probably friday.

I went and checked out the pads to see if they were affected by the rain. They were not. They did a great job with the brushed finish and they look great. Can't wait to throw from them.

The next set of 6 tees are being framed today. Holes 3, 4, 5, 7, 17, & 18. These and all remaining tees will be 5' x 12'. The first six are 10' long and feel a little short, but they will do.

Glad you got to them in time Andrew - Thanks for the consideration!

played the new longer tees today and they are a great addition to the course. The backfilling on the existing tees is great aswell. All around great improvment to the course. Now is there any way i could get you to remove all of the trees???? Just putting it out there, those things were like magnets to my "metal" discs today.  :D

They all look good except 18...it's about 20 degrees crooked to the right. Its still 12' long though so it doesn't really pose a problem, but it looks wrong. Oh well its there now. County workers are not disc golf course design savy at all. Point it straight is tough. I will make sure the remaining tees are done correctly.

Hey Andrew, you going to be around? I think Tokio and I may try those new guys out tomorrow. It wouldn't hurt to have some playas. Anyone else who reads this hit me up as well.
