Rand Eberhard wins the 6th Annual Georgia State Championships with a final score of 190 (-26 to par) that were held at Rose Lane Park in Toccoa, GA. The first and second rounds for Rand saw him at probably his best shooting eleven under par of both rounds. Jack Nye of Hixson, Tennessee did try and give Rand run for first place by shooting a course record of 59 (13 under par) but had to settle for a tie for second with previous Toccoa winner, Jason "Vach" Makarovich. Other Pro division winners include Woody Blackwell (Masters) and Dan Thessen (Grandmasters).
